How do I make a booking?
Please click on ‘Enquire’ at top of our webpage. Please ensure you fill out your name, email, a little bit about your event and your date of event. Our team will reply to your enquiry within 48 hours once we have checked availabilty. A $200 refundable bond will be required to secure your booking. Full payment will be required no later then seven (7) days prior to your event. For last minute bookings full payment will be required upon booking in addition to the refundable $200 bond.

Why do you take a bond?
Our $200 refundable bond is taken to secure your booking and cover for any little accidents that may happen to our luxurious soft play equipment (this will be deducted from your bond) . Your bond will be deposited back into your account within 24hours after our equipment has returned to us.
How far in advance should I make my booking?
You should aim to make your booking ASAP, 2-3 months in advance if you have a particular date and set in mind!
What happens if I need to cancel last minute due to personal reason?
We understand life can sometimes get in the way. Once your bond has been paid, we do not offer refunds. What we can offer is the opportunity to post-pone your booking. If the required seven (7) days notice is given, you will be able to post-pone your event date to another date within twelve (12) months (subject to availability). If you do not wish to postpone a fee of 50% will incur.
If seven (7) days notice isn’t a possibility due to an emergency situation, please reach out to discuss alternative options.

What is the size of the set up?
Our Little Boy Blue Package is 3.1m x 4.4m. It can also be set up in a smaller area, which reduces the floor space at 2.4m x 3.2m
Our Little Princess Package is 4.7m x 1.85m with the option to add an additional mat if youre after a little more space.
